Terms and conditions
We are an old fashioned company which means you get a reply to your questions and prompt attention to your orders. We do not promise what we cannot deliver and you are guaranteed our prompt and continued attention.
We see no need whatsoever to hide behind a long list of terms and conditions but below are the most important and the minimum necesary for us to enjoy a good commercial relationship.
- Because we work in a fluid market and stock is changing all the time everything we offer we offer subject unsold.
- Please ask us any questions you have and satisfy yourself the item is what you want to purchase before you bid or press the buy button.
- We sell both 2nd user, new, and new( old ) stock liquidation goods, Goods described as new may be dated or redundant stocks but have not been used. whilst 2nd User items are just that and have been used before, as such the 2nd user item scome with all faults and are not offered on an approval basis.
- You are welcome to return any item described as new for a full refund if it fails to satisfy in any way ,you notify us within seven days of receipt and return it to us at your expense to our works.. We will refund the original purchase price and the initial cost of delivery,, we do not refund the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty or we have mis-described it in some way.
- We are happy to combine items to save you postage costs wherever possible and where practicable, just ask us.
- We accept payment by Cheque, cash, postal order, Bank transfer paypal or any other means by mutual agreement . Title of goods remains with us until payment has been received in full and cleared into our bank account.
- Our postage rate quoted is by parcelforce 48 or other courier to Uk mainland only. For Postage to Highlands, Scottish Islands,Northern Ireland, offshore island and remote places..then we are surcharged for delivery by our carriers to these places ,Consequently please ask for confirmation of cost before bidding as we have to pass on the surcharge.
- We normally quote seven to ten days as a maximum from receipt of funds for delivery,, if you ask us we can give you a more exact time and we will try and meet any schedule we previously agree but of course whilst we will consign to the carrier as agreed we cannot be responsible for delays caused by third parties.
