We offer a cost effective secure holding service for duplicate keys ensuring that you, your tenant or agent are able to provide for that inconvenient and expensive “lost key” or emergency access type scenario.
This is how it works;
You can either send to us your keys to copy or we will meet you on site at your convenience.
This can be any key or combination of keys you choose, including car, house, safe, boat, caravan etc.
We will then cut a set of duplicate keys to your property as directed by you..
We will then code those keys to identify them only to you and store them in a very secure safe at our office.
Your details we will also code and store in another safe seperate from the keys for added security.
Should you ever need the keys on proof of identity we will deliver them to you or release them to your authorised agent.
The only initial cost to you is our normal cost of duplicate keys
We charge nothing for storage.
Should you need the keys you can collect them from us for an administration charge of £10 or we will deliver them to you for our standard call out charge.
So by entrusting us with a set of keys
You will always have access to a set of keys, you will never have the cost of opening locks and replacement.( Of course if you have lost keys it would be sensible to change locks or let us re-key the locks to new keys. )
In the case of let property we can deliver direct to your tenant.
If your property is vacant with your permission we would be happy to be notified to the Local police as key holders and happily turn out if alarms etc are activated.
