1) Some of your Items are described as new, some as second user, what is the difference?

A) New Items are just that , they are unused and as supplied by the manufacturer. Because we sell new liquidation stock these may have been on display previous and may have the retailers own labels on them but in most cases the item will not have been out of the box only to inspect by us, to photograph or to check condition prior to shipping, Second user items have been previously used and show the wear you would expect

2) Do you give any warranty?

A) We do not warranty anything we sell and we would normally have accepted an offer from you based on condition before purchase. Items described as new however can be returned for a full credit if they are not what you require. You should advise us within seven days that you are returning the item ,then send it postage paid to our works. We refund the purchase price and original shipping in full, we do not refund the return postage. On second user Items we have already discounted the price to take account of condition and we do not accept returns of second user items. Of course if we have mis-described something then we will attend accordingly.

3) What is the best way of ordering?

A) See what we have listed for sale, contact us by any of the means we list and we will confirm availabilty and reserve the item for you pending payment

4) I am not sure what you list will suit my application can you advise?

A) We would rather spend time making sure the part number etc, fits your requirement and is what you expect as opposed to wasting time dealing with returns so please do not be afraid to ask,, We keep a very comprehensive database of applications particularly for the vehicle parts we list and advice is always available.. If you have a part number you are not sure of we are quite hapy to advise you an application,, just ask

5) What payment methods do you accept?

A) We accept, cash, postal order, personal or business cheques, BACS Bank transfer, Bankers Draught, Paypal, Nochex,Westen Union. We will also of course accept payment using any credit card through our paypal account so payment should never be a problem.

6) I am not happy just ordering from a web page!

A) We have no problem with that,, contact us as above, tell us what you would like to buy and we will send you a pro-forma invoice or paypal request for payment Ask us and we will reserve the item for you.

7) What is the delivery situation, how long wil it take?

A) Firstly we do not list anything we do not have in stock and we normally despatch within one day of receiving cleared payment. We generally use Parcelforce 48 hour delivery which requires a signature on delivery for both your and our security, Parcels are also insured free of charge. Smaller items, badges for example are sent royal mail surface mail normally recorded and normally take three to four days.

8) Can I collect ?

A) In the main smaler items we offer for mail /courier delivery only, we do not offer a collection service simply because we are only able to offer the most competitive prices by not having people standing around waiting for potential collectors who have changed their mind or are sitting in a traffic jam!. If you have your own courier and want them to collect, Parcelforce, Anc, Ups, City link, Dhl etc then we are happy for them to collect on your behalf as they call most days anyway . The larger items that we sell for colection as just that and we will talk to you to sor ta mutually agreeable time to collect

9) My item has been damaged in transit what should I do?

A) Tell us, until we are aware we can not do anything to help the situation, Once we know we will organise either replacement, replacement parts or credit by mutual agreement

Stock for sale ???

We would always be interested in approaches from principals with similar surplus or redundant stock for sale, We are happy to make offers to suit yourselves and for large, awkward stock the arrangement of sale or disposal by auction on site is well within our capability ,, please contact us.
